Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 11, 2026
Overview
MultiCalcWise is designed to be usable without creating an account, logging in, or submitting personal information through normal calculator use. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you browse the site, interact with its tools, contact us, or view advertising. It also explains how that information may be processed by us and by third-party services such as Google Analytics and Google AdSense.
This policy is intended to be transparent and practical. It describes the site as it operates today, including analytics, advertising, search functionality, and a small amount of browser-side storage used to remember certain preferences. It does not promise that every page is free from every third-party technology, because advertising and analytics services may place or read cookies, use device identifiers, infer location from IP addresses, or process related usage signals under their own policies.
By using MultiCalcWise, you understand that some data processing is necessary for the site to function, to measure site performance, and to support advertising that helps keep the tools free to use. At the same time, we try to minimize direct collection, avoid unnecessary account systems, and give users clear links to privacy controls where they exist.
Data Collection
MultiCalcWise does not require account creation and does not ask users to submit personal information in order to run most calculators. In normal use, calculator inputs are processed in the browser so the tool can update results on the page. As of the current version of the site, the values users type into calculators are generally not submitted to a MultiCalcWise-owned application server for storage or account tracking during ordinary use.
That said, several categories of information may still be collected:
- Information you provide directly. If you contact us by email or through our contact page, we may receive your email address, name if you include it, and any content you choose to share in your message.
- Usage and device information. When you visit the site, third-party analytics and advertising services may collect information such as page views, approximate location, browser type, device type, operating system, language settings, referrer URL, IP-address-derived signals, and interactions with pages or ads.
- Browser-side preference data. The site stores a small theme preference in browser storage so it can remember whether you selected light mode or dark mode. This is separate from advertising cookies and is used only to preserve that display choice on your device.
- Basic technical logs and security signals. Hosting, CDN, and third-party service providers may process routine technical information for security, uptime, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
We collect or receive this information for limited purposes: to operate the site, understand how visitors use it, improve calculator clarity and performance, respond to support inquiries, monitor site security, and fund the site through advertising. Because we do not run a user-account system for standard calculator access, we do not maintain a profile database of user-submitted calculator histories as a normal business practice.
Storage duration depends on the type of data and the service handling it. Email inquiries may be kept as long as reasonably necessary for support, follow-up, legal compliance, or abuse prevention. Theme preferences may remain in your browser until you clear local storage or change the setting. Analytics and advertising data may be retained by Google under its own retention and privacy settings. Google states in its advertising documentation that certain ad log data is anonymized on a schedule, and Google’s privacy materials explain that retention can vary depending on product settings and legal or operational needs.
Cookies & Tracking Technologies
MultiCalcWise uses or permits the use of cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for analytics, functionality, security, and advertising. Some of these technologies are controlled by us, and some are controlled by third parties.
Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to help us understand site traffic and content performance. Depending on how Google Analytics is configured and how your browser behaves, data collected may include pages visited, time on page, approximate geography, browser and device characteristics, traffic source, and engagement signals. Google’s Analytics documentation also describes security measures such as HTTPS and HSTS in the transmission of Analytics libraries and measurement data.
Google AdSense and advertising technologies. We use Google AdSense to display ads. Google explains that cookies help advertising systems measure performance, limit repeated ad exposure, detect fraud, and show more relevant advertising. According to Google’s published ad-technology documentation, when sites use Google ad products, cookies may be set from domains such as `google.com`, `doubleclick.net`, `googlesyndication.com`, or `googleadservices.com`, and other third-party vendors or ad networks may also use their own cookies if they are serving on the site.
Local storage and similar browser features. The site stores a small theme preference in local storage so your browser can remember whether you chose dark mode or light mode. This is not used to store your calculator results, financial inputs, or health entries as a site-owned profile.
How long cookies or related data may last. Cookie duration can vary. Some cookies are session-based and disappear when you close the browser. Others may remain longer unless deleted manually or automatically by the service that set them. Google’s own materials explain that some advertising and log data may be retained for set periods and then anonymized or deleted under Google’s policies.
How to limit or opt out. You can manage cookies in your browser settings, use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, manage Google ad personalization through Google Ad Settings, and use industry opt-out tools such as aboutads.info or Your Online Choices where available. You can also review Google’s own policies at Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses ads and cookies.
Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell a user account database because standard calculator use on MultiCalcWise does not require an account database in the first place. However, some information may still be shared with or collected by third parties as part of site operation.
Google Analytics. Usage and technical information may be processed by Google so we can review aggregated site-performance data, audience behavior, and content engagement. This can include page-view information, browser details, approximate location, device details, and related event measurements.
Google AdSense and related advertising vendors. Google may collect or receive information about visits to the site and, depending on its settings and your own controls, may use advertising cookies or related technologies to serve and measure ads based on your visit to this site and other websites. Google’s AdSense help documentation states that privacy policies for participating publishers should disclose that third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits and that users may opt out of personalized advertising.
Hosting, delivery, and technical infrastructure providers. Like most websites, MultiCalcWise relies on hosting and delivery services that may process IP addresses, user-agent strings, error logs, and other technical signals needed to deliver content, maintain uptime, and respond to abuse or attacks.
Contact-related communications. If you email us directly, your email provider and ours may process that communication according to their own privacy and security practices.
We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect our rights, respond to abuse, investigate security incidents, or enforce our terms. We do not claim universal GDPR, CCPA, or other jurisdiction-specific compliance in every legal sense on this page, because that depends on location, regulator interpretation, and the third parties involved. However, we aim to respond reasonably to privacy requests, use limited direct collection, and provide clear links to opt-out and control tools where they exist.
As for consent, users may be presented with consent or ad-choice mechanisms through Google or through browser-level controls depending on location, platform, and vendor behavior. Because those mechanisms can vary by region and implementation, we encourage users to review Google’s privacy controls and browser privacy settings in addition to this page.
User Rights and Privacy Choices
Depending on your location, you may have legal rights relating to access, deletion, correction, restriction, or objection to certain processing of personal information. Because MultiCalcWise collects relatively little information directly from users during normal site use, many privacy requests will concern either contact data you submitted directly or questions about third-party tracking and ad technologies.
If you want to make a privacy-related request, you can contact us at nawabimuhammad4@gmail.com or through our contact page. Please describe the request in enough detail for us to understand what information you are asking about and how we may identify it. For example, if you emailed us from a certain address and want that email deleted, include the relevant address and approximate date of contact.
You may request that we delete direct email correspondence or stop using your contact information for follow-up, subject to legal, operational, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping needs. We may need to retain some limited information where necessary to document a request, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, or maintain basic business records.
You can also exercise privacy choices without contacting us directly by using browser controls and third-party tools. That includes clearing cookies, blocking third-party cookies where your browser allows it, using privacy-focused browser settings, using the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and adjusting Google’s ad personalization settings. Because some information is collected directly by Google rather than by MultiCalcWise, Google may be the more appropriate party for some requests related to ad personalization, account-level privacy controls, or analytics-linked data in Google systems.
Security and Data Protection
We take reasonable measures intended to protect site operations, direct communications, and the limited information associated with the site. That includes using HTTPS for site delivery, limiting unnecessary direct collection, relying on reputable third-party infrastructure, and keeping public pages structured so that sensitive user accounts and stored user histories are not required for standard calculator access.
Security is partly technical and partly architectural. One of the ways MultiCalcWise reduces privacy risk is by avoiding account-required calculator usage for ordinary visitors. Fewer stored user profiles means less direct user data for us to expose, lose, or misuse. That does not eliminate all risk, because analytics providers, ad networks, and email systems still process data under their own infrastructures, but it does limit the amount of directly held personal information on our side.
Google’s Analytics documentation describes secure transmission protections for Analytics JavaScript libraries and measurement data, including HTTPS and HTTP Strict Transport Security. More generally, the site depends on browser, hosting, CDN, and vendor security controls as part of its broader operating environment. We also review pages for broken links, outdated assumptions, and technical issues because trust and security often overlap in practice.
No system can guarantee absolute security. Transmission across the internet, browser storage, vendor infrastructure, and email systems all involve risk. For that reason, users should avoid sending highly sensitive personal, financial, medical, or legal information through ordinary email unless truly necessary. If you contact us, please share only the information needed for the question or correction you are making.
Third-Party Links and External Services
MultiCalcWise links to government resources, research references, related sites, and third-party tools from time to time. When you follow those links, you leave our site environment and enter the privacy framework of the destination site. We do not control those external privacy policies, consent flows, security practices, or retention rules.
We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any external website you visit, especially if it collects financial, health, login, or location-related information. A site linking to a resource does not mean the destination shares the same privacy practices as MultiCalcWise.
Children's Privacy
MultiCalcWise is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the ordinary operation of the site. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us directly, please contact us so we can review the issue and take appropriate action where feasible.
Because third-party analytics and advertising tools may operate across many kinds of websites, parents and guardians should also review browser controls, Google privacy settings, and device-level privacy settings where appropriate.
Retention and Deletion
We try not to keep personal information longer than reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was received. Email communications may be retained for support, abuse prevention, legal, operational, or documentation reasons. Browser-side preferences such as the site theme remain on your device until you remove them, your browser clears them, or you replace them with a new preference.
Analytics, advertising, and related logs processed by Google or other third parties are subject to those providers’ own retention schedules and settings. Google’s privacy materials explain that retention periods can vary by product and by the controls associated with the data.
If you request deletion of direct contact information that you provided to us, we will review the request in light of our operational and legal obligations. Some minimal records may still be retained if necessary to document the request, comply with law, or defend against abuse.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the site changes, our analytics or advertising tools evolve, or legal and platform requirements shift. Updates may reflect technical changes, new disclosures, revised links to privacy controls, or clarifications about how the site operates.
Any material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective or last-updated date. Continued use of the site after a policy update means you accept the revised policy to the extent permitted by law. If a change is important to you, please review this page periodically.
